Delete your MuscleIQ account and data

MuscleIQ works without an account. If you signed in to the optional cloud backup, you can delete that account and all of its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open MuscleIQ → You → Delete account and data → Delete.

If you're signed in to cloud backup, this permanently deletes your cloud account and everything backed up with it, then erases MuscleIQ data on your device.

Without the app

Email kyle@muscleiqapp.com with the subject "Delete my MuscleIQ account." Send it from the email on your account, or include your Apple "Hide My Email" address if you used Sign in with Apple. We'll delete your account and data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account email and account ID

• Workouts and sets, program, and exercise swaps

• Body-weight entries and goal weight

• Meal plans and meal check-offs

• Achievements

• Your News & Updates subscription

Nothing is kept after deletion, except routine encrypted hosting backups that roll off on our provider's normal schedule. Progress photos are never uploaded, so they only exist on your device.

Only want to stop emails?

Turn off "News & Updates emails" in the You tab, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Your account stays as it is.
